This policy explains what AllPowellRiver, run by Smartech Marketing Systems Inc., Coquitlam, BC, collects and why.

If you visit a business website here

We count visits and taps on Call, Directions and Email so the business can see how its site is doing. We don’t use advertising cookies and don’t build a profile of you.
If you send a message through a business’s contact form, it goes to that business by email. We keep a copy for up to 90 days in case it doesn’t arrive, then delete it.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (like your IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

If you’re a business owner

To build a preview we use public information about your business, mostly your Google listing, and anything you tell us.
When you use the page that builds a preview, we record the business you picked, what you typed, your approximate location (city, from your internet address), your internet provider, the kind of device, and how you found us. We use it to follow up on your request and to stop abuse.
Google listing data (details, photos, reviews) is refreshed from Google and not kept longer than 30 days at a time. Unclaimed previews are deleted on the date shown on them.
If you say yes, or fill in a form, we keep your name, email, phone and what you asked for, to set up your site and to contact you about it and related services, if you agreed to that. You can say no to emails any time.
We don’t sell your information.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to remove a preview or website, reply to any email from us or write to Smartech Marketing Systems Inc., Coquitlam, BC. We follow Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) and B.C.’s PIPA.
