AllPowellRiver (“we”, “us”) is run by Smartech Marketing Systems Inc., Coquitlam, BC, Canada. These terms cover allpowellriver.com, the business websites we host on it, and the private preview pages we make for business owners.

Using this site

You may use this site to view the business websites on it and, if you own a business, to see and claim your own preview. Don’t try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Business websites and previews

Each business website is built from public information about the business, mostly its Google listing, and from what the owner tells us. We check each one before it goes online, but businesses change: hours, prices and offers can be out of date. Check with the business directly before relying on anything important.

Previews are private, made for the business owner, and are deleted on the date shown on them unless the owner says yes. An owner can remove their preview or their website at any time.

Free websites

A business website on allpowellriver.com is free. We may change or end the free service with reasonable notice. If we do, or if an owner leaves, the owner can have their words and photos, and any web address they own stays theirs.

Google Maps content

Parts of this site show content from Google Maps, such as business details, photos and reviews. Use of that content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Reviews and photos belong to the people who posted them.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it or relying on it.
